Fincom is a Kenyan based IT firm incorporated in 2003. Our mission has always been to provide and maintain the complete ICT environment for any business. Our Vision is to be the leading one stop IT House in Kenya and the wider region.

Within the industry sectors we are recognized for the provision of ICT professional services, consultancy, project management, structured networking, LAN/WAN audit/design, data center design among others.

On the areas of computing and communications systems, we are renowned for our servers, storage and networking expertise. We supply and integrate servers from leading manufactures namely HP, IBM & DELL. For connectivity we integrate Cisco routers, switches and IP PBXs.

We also provide sector specific tailor-made technology solutions that are unique to the needs of any particular industry. Within this area, we supply the Banking sector with ATM machines, MICR equipment, note counters, and automated statement mailers to both banks and utility companies such as water and electricity. To the cooperatives and Sacco sector we provide software to automate the entire Microfinance and Sacco operations.

Our business is know-how based and we value skill, quality and speed. We have a technical training policy in place that ensures our staff, of over thirty, remains at the top in terms of capability and certification. Fincom now has an ICT lab which will be used for research and development as well as a system integration test bed for Server Technology and other emerging software. This will in turn ensure that any business solution we design and propose has been fully tested.

Recently, Fincom has restructured and created a software unit christened SOFTWARE MASTERS to place undivided focus on the emerging business applications software opportunities especially in the area of software based business automation. The Microsoft Dynamics financial and CRM software has proved to be very helpful in automating the way enterprises relate to their many customers. For organizations that have a lot of internal IT services requests, our BMC (formerly Remedy) service desk software solution is best suited for them. AutoCAD, Citrix, Linux & Symantec remain a key focus for us and we supply all genuine Microsoft Software and licenses. 

In addition to all of the above mentioned, we also have a department that deals in the sale of computer hardware and accessories. We have created an online inventory of what we have in stock, making it easier for any client to call in and place an order.
